KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer and Operations for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to help understand the business needs and functional requirements of enabling a Connected Commerce capability across the operating model, including process, technology and people

  • Operate with the consulting team to help document and communicate client value propositions that tie business metrics to operational business improvements and customer outcomes

  • Work across multiple client functions to document needs and support the formulation of recommendations in order to effect the change needed to achieve a Connected Commerce capability

  • Support the creation of high quality client deliverables with the support of the consulting team

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C digital commerce or related function with at least one year in a professional services consulting firm

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred

  • Exposure to and understanding of one or more commerce-oriented business processes such as ecommerce, marketing, distribution and fulfillment, order management, payments, pricing and promotions, and analytics

  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication with a professional presence

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will help drive innovation and growth in VCA's ecommerce channel by owning channel strategy, execution, and optimization, and contributing to an innovative, inter-departmental, cross-functional team that is working to define and enable the future of the omnichannel client experience in veterinary care. Responsibilities * Oversee ecommerce site operations including catalog and content management, personalization rules management, promotions, digital merchandising, and marketing functions. * Serve as the primary point of contact for site publishing and troubleshooting & execute hot fix requests when issues on the site occur * Build a deep understanding of VCA's customer and translate data-driven insights into actionable and impactful initiatives. * Contribute to the creation of an effective on- and off-site life-cycle customer marketing plan to drive awareness, traffic and engagement for core priorities, and innovate the client experience for VCA clients. * Build a deep understanding of core revenue and opportunity categories and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop programs, communications, and on-site optimization plans to maximize growth opportunities. * Translate brand/campaign plans into shopper plans that will engage and grow the related brands in the ecommerce channel. * Develop and execute shopper marketing programs, new product launches and lead post activity/event analysis for focus brands. * Maintain activation and launch calendars and trackers. * Analyze key metrics and traffic patterns to measure attribution / performance of marketing programs; Implement A/B testing to optimize initiatives. * Manage and monitor shopper/trade marketing budget and allocate spend based on ROI by activity. * Translate consumer/shopper insights to support the development of the shopper selling story with internal and external stakeholders. * Develop and own relationships with external collaborators for strategic programs and promotions. * Drive cooperative marketing programs with leading vendors in the industry. * Partner with various internal stakeholders to identify needs and help define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
