KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in RC - Digital Solutions & Enablement for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.


  • Assist with the Product Management function for the development/launch/support of innovative tools and products that support our varied solutions within Risk Consulting

  • Work with business and technology teams to document and validate business requirements, market considerations (timing/sizing), and differentiation requirements

  • Ability to translate business needs into technology backlogs

  • Participate and analyze an annual technology roadmap, including complex dependencies

  • Support analysis driving accurate and complete reporting

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Associate:

  • Support demo/proof of concept and high level client pursuit integration

  • Lead a team and work with business and technology teams to document and validate business requirements, market considerations (timing/sizing), and differentiation requirements

  • Own and direct an annual technology roadmap including complicated dependencies


  • A minimum of one year of experience in supporting technical product development projects; documenting business requirements and translating technical information between business and technical audiences

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university and prior consulting experience is preferred

  • Previous exposure to secure software and cloud software development, Agile Methodology and/or Scrum Master, Jira, Confluence and/or TFS

  • Active listening and interviewing skills and the ability to understand common technology architecture language

  • Ability to travel as needed, can be significant at times

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in supporting technical product development projects; documenting business requirements and translating technical information between business and technical audiences

  • Previous team lead experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of Management

Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven track record of success with operating in a professional services firm or large enterprise as a consultant, auditor or business process specialist, emphasizing the following areas: * Performing on project teams and providing deliverables involving multiphase data analysis related to the evaluation of compliance, finance, and risk issues; * Evaluating business process, compliance, and risk issues; * Understanding of database concepts, including building relationships between tables, grouping data, and producing cohesive analyses; * Leveraging data manipulation and analysis technologies inclusive of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Oracle, or DB2; * Performing IT architecture and solution development through the use of R, Python, Java, C# or other programming environments and languages; and, * Leveraging data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Qlikview Microsoft BI and Tableau. Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success working seamlessly in a virtual environment to complete projects with team members based in various locations, domestically, and globally.
