How will you make an impact in this role?
This role within EPPM will be responsible for working on key EDDS programs and initiatives, across the enterprise. Working with Product and Technology stakeholders as well as Business Partners globally will be an integral part of the role. Responsibilities
Work closely with EPPM leadership team to manage the strategy and implementation of large, enterprise initiatives
Creative problem solving and ability to drive outcomes independently by collaborating with Product and Technology teams to drive high impact results
Articulate business problems to Product teams and develop roadmaps with key delivery milestones
Support stakeholder alignment, resolve dependencies, and help drive decisions to enable 'out of the box' solutions in case of impediments
Identify risks and issues through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders across teams
Track program milestones and solution deliverables across teams and functions
Produce scorecards, metrics, dashboards, and program status communications
Drive cross-team partnership, identifying and proposing solutions to inefficiencies or process gaps
Contribute to a strong team culture of collaboration and excellence
Critical Success Factors
Excellent facilitation, collaboration and influencing skills, with a knack for building strong relationships
Strategic approach and Program Management skills to keep complex work-streams on track
Ability to compile, analyze, research, and link sophisticated issues; phenomenal attention to detail
Resilient problem solver that is comfortable navigating through ambiguity
Demonstrated learning agility, ability to balance competing priorities while operating independently with high integrity
A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, with a customer-first mindset
Passion for learning how complex systems and processes work, and how to make them better
Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Sound knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) for software development
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in a Scrum role (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Lead) would be a plus
Knowledge of Mural, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Rally and Jira would be a plus
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
