Job Summary Responsible for working in investment related projects (acquisitions and capital spending); analyzing strategy, executing transactions; and summarizing activity (pending and historical) for management. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter and provides guidance to employees as required.

Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assists in development and meeting of, departmental budget. Job Description Comcast's Corporate Development team leads all facets of the company's merger, acquisition and investment activity from initial strategy and evaluation through diligence and negotiation with the aim of advancing the strategic and financial goals of Comcast's worldwide media, technology and communications businesses, including NBCUniversal, Comcast Cable and Sky. Sky Group Acquisition - Universal Beijing Resort JV Hulu Partnership / Equity Stake Universal Studios Japan Acquisition Dreamworks Animation Acquisition Blumhouse Production Company Partnership Philadelphia Fusion Overwatch League Franchise Acquisition Minority Investments in Vox, Buzzfeed, Peloton, Nextdoor, Snap, NBC Sports Chicago JV and T1 Esports JV The Corporate Development Associate is responsible for supporting the team's execution of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and other equity-related transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities developed through 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, financial consulting or private equity, with a focus on buy-side M&A Core Responsibilities Assist with the identification, evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, partnerships and divestments Contribute to all aspects of transaction process from initial evaluation, due diligence and valuation through term sheet, deal structuring, documentation and closing Work closely with business units across Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky to develop detailed operating and financial models and perform financial analysis, including a range of valuation techniques and pro forma impact modeling Perform industry, market and company research and summarize findings in clear and concise presentations to senior management Monitor and coordinate business due diligence activities. Analyze due diligence findings and assist in determining how such findings impact deal evaluation and negotiation Review and summarize financial statements, budgets/forecasts, confidential information memoranda, management presentations and other related presentations for senior management Develop and report key performance metrics to assess post-closing integration and acquisition objectives Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work during nights and/or weekends as necessary Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
