Our UTC Aerospace Systems Customer Service organization is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Claims Administrator to work within our Customer Management team. Our goal is to improve the customer experience related to claims administration and adjudication within UTC Aerospace Systems.
The Claims team works internally to collect, consolidate, validate and ensure quality feedback to our customer facing Performance Program Managers / Customer Support Managers. In addition, we make sure contract terms are consistently applied across the businesses and that our customers have advocates to help them resolve their claims related issues.
