KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Change & Deployment Communication and Learning Services to join our Business Enablement Service organization.
Lead and manage training initiatives, through both in-person and electronic delivery mediums, including (but not limited to) video, audio, animation, interactive media and web
Partner with stakeholders to understand program desired outcomes, and identify target audiences, in order to provide guidance and best practices to operationalize the delivery and implementation of client-oriented solutions
Lead the conception, design, development and deployment of training and product awareness materials
Assist with development of training collateral (examples include, but are not limited to, instructor-led training, virtual classroom materials and sessions, web-based training and videos) as well as enabling client delivery of these items
Interview product owners, subject matter professionals, and targeted learners to determine gaps in knowledge and skills
Ability to learn new systems and processes independently, and demonstrate in-depth subject matter capabilities and professional knowledge
Minimum of three years of training development and instructional design experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; certificate or degree in instructional design and technology-based training or other learning disciplines is preferred
Ability to plan and manage project work in collaboration with development resources, client stakeholders, and subject matter professionals (SMPs)
Demonstrate ability to create innovative, highly interactive training for classroom, virtual, and web-based environments
Experience designing training collateral accessible in multiple formats from multiple devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project as well as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, Audition, After Effects), and / or animation software, such as GoAnimate and PowToon
