Senior Associate Attorney

Established South Florida Law firm representing niche public and private sector clients is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience preferably with an emphasis on foreclosures, contracts and property rights matters. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.

Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide informed, strategic legal advice to clients. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in litigation laws and regulations, and advise clients accordingly. Represent the firm professionally in all client interactions, court appearances, and other professional engagements. Prepare and deliver persuasive oral arguments and written submissions in court.

Requirements: Admission to the Florida State Bar is a must. 3 to 5 years of litigation experience. Foreclosure, contracts and property rights matters experience preferred Excellent academic credentials. A self-starter with superior research and analytical skills.

Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
