Our Offering: Competitive compensation starting at $150,000 per year with a bonus structure Health insurance provided by the company Retirement account with employer matching Malpractice insurance coverage paid for by the firm Reimbursement for up to 12 annual Continued Legal Education Credits (CLE) Payment of North Carolina Bar dues covered Access to RightNow Media Work subscription High ethical standards and professionalism fostered in a collaborative environment focused on achieving positive outcomes for clients Flexibility in work hours and locations, including remote work options Compensation: $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: Represent clients in family law cases from initial consultation to final resolution, demonstrating autonomy in developing strategies and guiding clients through the legal process Maintain a balance between empathy and professionalism when working with clients to ensure long-term relationships and successful legal outcomes Effectively communicate with clients, other attorneys, and the court throughout the legal proceedings Collaborate proactively with legal and support staff to provide clients with a top-notch customer experience, including timely and clear communication Handle family law cases in Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties Qualifications:
