The successful Sr. Associate in Advisor Support Services has a foundational understanding of the wealth management business and a desire to drive best practices for growth. We are looking for a teammate who is excited for the opportunity to gain experience and become a valuable resource to our growing Wealth Services business here at Alera Group. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data and Marketing Initiatives: Lead and manage key data and marketing projects to set the foundation for our strategic growth in Wealth Management

  • Channel Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement scalable marketing strategies designed to boost awareness and adoption of our Wealth Management capabilities for our Retirement Plan, Employee Benefits, and other clients across the firms that make up The Alera Group.

  • Personalized Messaging: Craft and execute personalized messaging and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing client engagement and satisfaction. Your creativity and precision will drive impactful marketing initiatives.

  • Data Migration and Implementation: Initially participate in data migration processes to ensure data integrity and seamless integration to support our marketing and business objectives.

  • Advisor Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve our internal programs and processes to enhance the experience of our advisors. Your innovations will contribute to a more efficient and rewarding environment for our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

  • 4+ years of experience in Wealth Management

  • Series 7 & 66 licenses preferred, or the ability to obtain within 6-months for the right candidate.

  • Experience working with cloud solutions, such as Salesforce.

  • Demonstrated capacity to structure data-driven marketing & communication plans.

  • Proficient written and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel. PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, accuracy, and meticulous adherence to details is required.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; creative critical thinking skills; ability to manage a complex business with limited resources.
