Job Responsibilities:

  • Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling and support, uphold product quality, cleanliness and other Company standards

  • Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and communicating Company and Guest expectations to the entire team

  • Coach, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality Guest service and safety

  • Exercise good business skills and judgement in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)

  • Must have a high-school diploma or GED. College degree preferred

  • Minimum of two (2) years previous management experience preferably in the food service industry OR proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift

  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift

  • The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions

Senior Service Account Managers are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. This role will be a full-time telecommuter position. Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) * 2 years of Client Account Management experience * Beginner Microsoft Word experience (creating, saving, and formatting documents) * Beginner Microsoft Excel experience (creating, saving, and formulating spreadsheets) * 3 years of experience with persons receiving Texas Medicaid benefits and services * Must be knowledgeable of local organizations and services that assist with the Aging, Blind, and Disabled Services * Ability to work a split shift several days per month for call coverage, from 8am - 1pm and them 5pm - 8pm. * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's Degree (or higher) * Bilingual in Spanish and English * UNET, COSMOS, FACETS or NICE claims platforms experience * Microsoft PowerPoint experience (ability to produce and display a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation) * 1 year of Project Management experience Soft Skills: * Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding customer expectations (responding in respectful, timely manners, consistently meeting commitments) * Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, determine immediate requests and identify the current and future needs of the member * Proficient problem solving approach to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations * Proficient in translating healthcare-related jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions customers can understand and act upon * Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities * Proficient conflict management skills to include ability to resolve issues in a stressful situation and demonstrating personal resilience Careers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
