Position Overview:

We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Senior Assistant Manager you will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure that it is consistent across our family of stores.

A Senior Assistant Manager overseeing Store Operations will oversee the daily efficient execution of inventory management, merchandising, payroll, facilities management, and Trendsend. The Operations Manager supports growth in sales and ensures maximum productivity and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).

• Leads by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager including leading the Styling Floor as needed.

• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching and developing employees to the behaviors that create success in their roles.

• Leads the operational team (Inventory & Fulfillment Specialists, Merchandiser, Trendsend Stylists) to excellence through daily store operations including managing store inventory and fulfillment, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.

• Drives for results through both personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment and supporting payroll management.

• Maintains sales expectation of $20,000 per month.

• Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
