Provide executive support to the senior leader and multiple staff within the organization. Provide a broad range of highly skilled and confidential administrative support to ensure a smooth operation of the business leaders.
Function Specific Activities:
Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare reports and presentations. Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations.
Manage multiple assignments and deadlines of team members and maintain schedule of deliverables for internal/external presentations and work products.
Optimize time management by giving consideration to organization wide due dates or deliverables that may compete with internal schedules and ensure relevant parties are aware of issues that need immediate attention.
Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur. Serves as coordinator for conferences and meetings.
Screen/prioritize/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary. Resolve requests and escalate if necessary.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling over-night deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves.
May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development.
Create, organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and hard copy.

Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet work demands

Job Description Summary
The role of the Senior Analyst is to provide location analysis, information research, and financial modeling in pursuit of broker led & GOS accounts. The Analyst will collaborate with the PSC executive team members throughout the process, including preparing and organizing client presentations. The Analyst gathers and assembles data, using analytical and quantitative methods, to analyze and develop recommendations that support the client and team goals.
* Working with team members, research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and organize data into logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materials
* Assist with real estate and financial modeling, labor cost models and other quantitative projections
* Assisting team members, use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools to organize and demonstrate recommended models for client presentations
* Attend client presentations to assist and support senior team members (travel, as needed)
* Enter project pipeline updates
* Help with the preparation of team-client meetings
* Support and contribute to a collaborative, teamwork environment
