Provide a broad range of highly skilled and confidential administrative support to ensure a smooth operation of the business leaders. Function Specific Activities: Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare reports and presentations. Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines of team members and maintain schedule of deliverables for internal/external presentations and work products. Optimize time management by giving consideration to organization wide due dates or deliverables that may compete with internal schedules and ensure relevant parties are aware of issues that need immediate attention. Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur. Serves as coordinator for conferences and meetings. Screen/prioritize/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary. Resolve requests and escalate if necessary. Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings. Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling over-night deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves. May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development. Create, organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and hard copy.
