Are you looking for an opportunity as an advisor/trainer, where you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the process and execution of work management and asset management with CMMS (Computer Managed Maintenance System). If so, this opportunity is for you! In this role you will be responsible for support and training to field-based planners and schedulers as required.
Here's what you will do:
Provides daily work direction to Analysts and Advisors as needed.
Supervise and update department projects
Direct communication with the necessary business groups and services throughout the organization in order to sustain system functionality, business processes, and execution for Asset Data Management
Direct engagement with necessary business services throughout the organization in order to sustain system and business expectations/processes, system functionality and organizational goals
Interaction with all clients necessary to achieve organization goals by delivering business solutions, identifying critical path of completion, and identifying/minimizing organizational risk
Serves on local/regional WM councils, user groups, industry committees, and stays abreast of leading technologies, taxonomy standards, and emerging opportunities.
Leads development and presentation of procedures and training for WM ADM related data and systems
Develop, maintain and support SAP PM and materials Master Data standards, guidelines, procedures, processes and training materials.
Accountable for the investigation, development and implementation of asset data management related projects that align with, and address UST and WCT business and regulatory requirements.
Track, report, review and liaison with SAP Sustainment group to complete system change requests, data acquisitions and sharing, and User support.
Ability to recognize Master Data inaccuracy and the negative impact as a result
Who you are:
Related university degree and sixplus years' experience OR eight plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
All aspects of operation and maintenance practices and processes, specifically as they relate to our EAM (SAP).
EAM implementation and maintenance would be a significant asset.
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.
Experience in IT/IS in a business systems or technical analyst role.
Experience with Asset Management / Maintenance activities and systems.
Building and maintaining business processes.
Confirmed leadership skills in inspiring change, building collaborative partnerships and building consensus.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
