Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field. 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions utilizing more efficient operational procedure, workflow, and information technology solutions.

Job Duties:

  • Perform assessments on operations as functional application expert and provide system optimization recommendations within ERP requirements.

  • Manage business requirements gathering for functionality development and interface definition from vendor systems to the HR ERP applications, including PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo Recruit and Taleo LEARN.

  • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support to PeopleSoft HCM users as needed. Require an understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data and how it can be used to solve business user needs.

  • Provide functional support and problem resolution related to Taleo Learn, Taleo Recruit. Review, analyze, and troubleshoot user issues and resolve complex problems.

  • Perform programming troubleshooting, queries, and reporting utilizing SQL.

  • Proactively find ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR workflow, including requirements gathering, design and testing of workflow automation solutions

  • Develop user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that would impact the use of application systems.

  • Manage the security of HR documentation in SharePoint.

  • Manages multiple activities within the scope of project; may function as project lead.

  • Assist in design and development of ad hoc reports and queries, when necessary

  • Putting together documentation and training of end users when necessary

  • Support and troubleshoot other HR information systems as needed.

  • Azure Data Factory, Logic App

  • Power BI

  • Frevvo Webforms

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.

This position is in Administrative Information Systems, which maintains, improves and creates long-term technical solutions for Business Systems. This support includes but not limited to; development, implementations, upgrades, and testing.</p><p>This includes being responsible for providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions to problems utilizing more Oracle delivered features, work flow, and custom information technology solutions.</p><p>MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:</p><ul><li><p>Solves intermediate to complex technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Serves as a role model to Applications Systems Analysts.</p></li><li><p>Applies intermediate to advanced analysis skills to create and maintain documentation.</p></li><li><p>Identifies, designs, and verifies solutions with other applications.</p></li><li><p>Manages multiple activities within the scope of project; may function as project lead.</p></li><li><p>Designs and/or modifies plans and procedures and follows project plans to ensure project success.</p></li><li><p>Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.</p></li><li><p>Assists in coordinating implementation of systems.</p></li><li><p>Assists in the cost justification of system changes and information technology resources.</p></li><li><p>Proactively partners with customers to meet their needs.</p></li><li><p>Stays abreast of new technological solutions, verifies, and applies solutions of others and self.</p></li><li><p>Applies analysis and documentation to support and understand problem.</p></li><li><p>Understands components within a system, as well as interaction with other applications.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates awareness and understanding of institution, department and customer mission and goals.</p></li><li><p>Provides status updates to project leadership.</p></li><li><p>Serves as liaison with vendors and/or business partners and their products and services.</p></li><li><p>Participates as a team member.</p></li><li><p>Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.</p></li><li><p>Performs related duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p><p>ERP system implementation experience for Oracle, or ERP systems (HR, Finance, Students). SQL coding or PeopleCode writing.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Proficient in SQL a must.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to read technical documentation independently.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in an ERP implementation.
