As our newest Senior Application Implementation Analyst you will be responsible for the implementation of major operational systems, meeting schedule, quality and budget requirements. In this role you will be responsible for working with various Bright Horizons centers to implement and drive adoption of our applications.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop & deliver complex communication & training plans to users of proprietary applications

  • Translate business needs into application solutions working with business owners to outline, review and refine business requirements and related business processes

  • Post implementation, provide tier 2 helpdesk support for items that cannot be by the Support Team

  • Design, develop, participate and document User Acceptance Testing

What we hope you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR equivalent applicable experience

  • 5+ years of work experience in center operations, application implementation, business analysis or related field

  • Strong computer application skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook required

  • Able to easily adapt to new systems/software/programs, expertise in leading the smooth introduction and implementation of new IT solutions, retirement and migration of prior solutions.

  • Experience working in diverse teams and environments
