Remote Position (FL Only) This is a remote position incumbents, who reside in Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location.
Summary
Responsible for:
Incident resolution
Customer support for all live ServiceNow modules
Request evaluation and completion
Participation in ServiceNow system upgrades and/or patches
Propose and lead small, mid, or large-sized optimization efforts
Support and assist in development of ITSM Team, specifically with regard to mentoring more junior colleagues
All ServiceNow JavaScript work including technical integration and customizations
Lead ServiceNow module implementations in collaboration with ServiceNow and any partnered vendor(s)
Managing HI portal tickets with ServiceNow
Building & Fostering inter and intra-departmental relationships
Ongoing Projects:
Certificate Inventory and Management
Forecasting for Projects (Discovery)
Upland RightAnswers migration to ServiceNow KB
ServiceNow Washington Upgrade
Upcoming Projects:
Agent Chat, Agent Workspace, and Virtual Agent
Release Management
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Preferred
Additional Requirements:
Will accept 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
In particular, significant experience with at least 4 of the following areas is required:

Certifications/Registration Requirements:
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) Preferred
