Summary:

In this role, you will support a large Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) member by performing complex analyses and research related to member spend and contract sales / revenue data. You will provide statistical and other reporting to verify and validate cost savings opportunities. You will take the lead role in supporting and identifying improvement opportunities for the member.

You will have frequent interaction with internal staff, including Client Executives and Client Managers, as well as with external member stakeholders. This job demands the capability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high levels of productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and / or understand current business processes.

  • Design and create charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and develop recommendations.

  • Present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders and provide guidance to help identify a course of action.

  • Define requirement dashboards and reports that enable information sharing with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate projects for analytics requests, including creating data sets and provide ad-hoc analyses to address inquiries and resolve anomalies.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external (member) stakeholders and provide active communication to effectively manage expectations.

  • Identify data sources and approaches to be used in both simple and complex queries.

  • Utilize SQL to automate the production of analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills and experience required.

  • Strong skills with MS Excel required.

  • Skills with MS SQL, VBA, and PowerPoint required.

  • Ability to self-manage multiple projects is required.

  • Strong project management, organizational skills and professional written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.

  • Health care data analysis experience preferred.

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00

Benton County Circuit Court is hiring an Administrative Analyst (OJD Analyst 2). This is a supportive role to the Trial Court Administrator to help make the best-informed decisions for process improvement, training, and workflow. Our customers are members of our community, and may be facing challenging circumstances, high levels of stress, trauma, or behavioral health issues. We strive to provide excellent customer service for all our customers, and work as a team to continually evaluate and improve our service levels. We seek candidates who support Oregon Judicial Department's efforts to remove the barriers to access the justice services our customers need. What Administrative Analysts do... You will act as the point person for ongoing analysis of administrative practices, providing information and guidance to staff in response to questions regarding court operations and training. This includes working with operational units to identify needs, developing training curriculum for end users and assisting management in training end users on the court's internal case management system, financial systems, Windows and document management systems. You will update and maintain rights and roles in the court's case management system and create and analyze reports from this same system. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of court operations and business practices and to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within those systems. You will also create and document case flow management, using Microsoft Visio, and implement court research projects. You will perform various human resource functions on behalf of the court administrator and court management. This will include handling confidential information, compiling data, and managing sensitive information. You will oversee and monitor the court's local operational budget, evaluate expenditures, manage the procurement process, act as onsite contact for deliveries, and coordinate with OJD's Procurement Office for best practices and procedures.
