Senior Analyst, Treasury

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Treasury Analyst, Corporate Treasury will provide day-to-day support to the Senior Treasury Manager, Corporate Treasury. The individual who fills the role will primarily be responsible for the preparation of various reports and analytical tasks including Cash Flow forecasting, global daily cash reporting, foreign exchange execution, debt reporting, bank fee analysis, bank administration, and other treasury analytics. The Senior Treasury Analyst will assist in Treasury Management System maintenance, ad hoc reporting, and special projects that may be required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Assist the global team in daily and monthly reporting tasks for working capital management.

• Analyze and consolidate cash flow forecasts for all regions to optimize working capital.

• Manage foreign exchange hedging programs, engage with banks on transactions, maintain compliance records, and make recommendations to existing hedging programs.

• Prepare quarterly reports to aggregate IBR for leases.

• Work with Tax and regional Treasury to prepare and consolidate data necessary for FBAR reporting.

• Track and maintain financial transactions in our Treasury Management System, Kyriba.

• Coordinate treasury payment settlements with the NA Cash Management Team when necessary.

• Track treasury metrics and performance as well as prepare/compile reports for quarterly reporting.

• Assist Senior Treasury Manager with accounting-related requests for month and quarter end close.

• Assist the Senior Treasury Manager with all Treasury Management System (Kyriba) implementations, maintenance, and updates.

• Prepare Letter of credit accruals for accounting journal entries.

• Pull various Bloomberg FX data points to assist in MTM Rate comparison to ensure a level of reasonability is within the limits of auditing standards.

• Various special projects and ad hoc requests as needed to support company operations.

• Support bank administrative tasks in a backup capacity.

• Participate and/or lead Treasury projects and initiatives; some geared towards creating efficiencies in existing processes.

• Assist with Supply Chain Finance program analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field required.

• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) and/or Advanced Degree a plus.

• 3-5 years of Finance/Treasury experience.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Experience with Kyriba, SAP S4, 360T and Bloomberg preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of foreign exchange risk management.

• Excellent analytical and project management skills.

• Ability to work productively in a changing environment.

• Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Great attention to detail.
