Senior Analyst, Talent & Organizational Development

This Senior Analyst position supports programs and initiatives that drive learning and development and strengthen overall team member engagement. This role reports to the Executive Director, Talent and Organizational Development to support efforts that promote our inclusive culture, ensure that Dine remains a high-performance workplace, and provides continued talent development and learning.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creates and delivers engaging and interactive live, virtual, and on-demand training sessions for team members across the organization. Collaborates with subject matter experts for design and/or delivery of training curriculum.

• Facilitates interactive workshops and team-building sessions, delivering an impactful learning experience for participants.

• Assists with delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members along with other staff training and development programs and curriculum as needed.

• Assists people leaders with evaluating and identifying training needs throughout the organization on an on-going basis; assisting with developing training solutions to meet those needs.

• Monitors, tracks, and reports on organization-wide training and compliance programs.

• Assists with managing the team's digital tools including but not limited to the Learning Management System, course authoring software, and other digital learning platforms.

• Has experience in supporting inclusion and belonging initiatives and practices as well as team member resource groups.

• Works with vendors and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to assist with the development and implementation of talent and OD efforts.

• Follows company policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.

• Performs other responsibilities as needed.

• Base Salary $95k+

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of HR or equivalent experience.

• Excellent presentation and facilitations skills.

• Experience in learning and development including adult learning principles, design processes, blended learning techniques, as well as web-based and social learning.

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as virtual technology tools (Webex, Teams, etc.)

• Prior experience involving content design, virtual/webinar led facilitation a plus

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Excellent written, proofreading, and editing skills

• Excellent project management skills
