• Data Incident Response position at Walmart!

As a Sr Analyst for Data Incident Response, you will be working in a high-volume position within a higher risk compliance area. You will be responsible for responding to compliance and ethics questions and issues by monitoring laws and regulations for specified areas, researching laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and drafting and updating policies and standard operating procedures with input from leadership. You will also be collaborating with senior managers to communicate information to associates and monitoring compliance and ethics questions for potential gaps.

• Investigating suspected HIPAA data breaches that occur within the company.

• Leading both simple and complex incident investigations such as triage, containment, eradication, evidence collection, documentation, and reporting.

• Coordinating internal and external resources during incident management.

• Providing high quality and professional written or verbal reports detailing incident management activities.

• You have worked in an area of compliance doing case management activities.

• You are skilled at prioritizing and addressing conflicting priorities.

• You are familiar with investigations.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• You are comfortable interacting with individuals of different levels of seniority.

• You have strong attention to detail.

• You have legal experience in HIPAA and the HIPAA breach rule.

• You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• You can maneuver through a fast-paced environment.

• You are engaging and able to escalate issues in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree OR 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
