We are looking for a driven Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to join our growing Accounting team. This is a key position that will assist in the SEC reporting process, preparation of cash flows, equity accounting and EPS calculations. In addition, you will work with the Senior Technical Accounting Manager to preparing accounting memos and analyses to address technical accounting issues arising from business transactions or the implementation of new accounting pronouncements. You will work with the broader Finance organization as well as Legal, Stock Administration and other stakeholders across the organization.


  • Assist in the preparation of all SEC filings (including, but not limited to, Form 10-Q, 10-K, etc.) including managing the review and approval process of all SEC filings with external auditors, senior management, legal counsel, disclosure committee and audit committee.

  • Prepare quarterly financial statements, including statement of cash flows and EPS calculations.

  • Prepare disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with all GAAP and disclosure requirements

  • Assist with the preparation or review of stock-based compensation accounting, earnings per share, preferred stock and other equity accounting analyses, reconciliations and journal entries for month-end close

  • Manage quarterly reporting checklists, auditor reviews to ensure timely completion of quarter-end reporting activities

  • Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors

  • Assist with research and accounting of complex accounting issues

  • Assist with assessing and implementing new or changes to US GAAP

  • Maintain/improve processes to ensure compliance with internal controls documentation and requirements

  • Ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as required by management


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance with CPA license required

  • 4+ years of experience in accounting; 2+ years prior Public accounting / audit experience with Big 4 highly desired

  • Experience with public company stock administration and expense reporting, and SEC reporting tools are preferred

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with management and others in the company

  • Self-starter with proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions

  • Superior attention to detail
