This position will be an integral part of the Baxter Capital Services team, managing hardware purchase processes. This position will interact closely with Sales and other business units and functions in support of completing hardware deals.
The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for performing deal structure and profitability analysis to ensure proposals are within Baxter's financial thresholds. In addition, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for processing customer approved deals including finalizing contracts, purchase orders, and all other related paperwork to ensure information is accurate and compliant with legal and accounting requirements. This position will be responsible for accurate sales reporting for commission purposes and for timely and accurate communications with multifunctional areas of Baxter.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive deal structure and profitability for all hardware products with Sales Teams
Perform pricing analytics and financial modeling to support contract negotiations
Lead communication to gain deal alignment across cross functional partners for all hardware deals
Prepare hardware customer contracts with complete and accurate documentation
Focus on continuous improvement of current business processes for standardization and simplification
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and time management required
Critical thinking, being able to work in a matrix environment and connect the dots for problem solving
Strong MS Excel/Word skills, must have extensive experience in both
Detailed oriented, able to organize workload and prioritize tasks effectively
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge the status quo
Demonstrated abilities using Baxter systems: JD Edwards, LeasePak
BA/BS degree is required, preferably in finance or business concentration.
Three to four years of work experience preferred
