Position Summary

This position exists to ensure the delivery of quality IT products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, participation and advising during all project phases, thoroughly understand business needs and ensure comprehensive testing scenarios are performed. Perform planning, execution, analysis, defect tracking and coordination of functional and regression testing activities. Provide input of the QA process and improvements. Participate in knowledge transfers to ensure that system and business domain knowledge is maintained in QA. Keep abreast of technology trends in the QA and PBM industry and determine if useful and/or feasible (i.e., financial impact) and make recommendations to the organization. Work projects in parallel of varied complexities and sizes. Solve complex problems for projects and/or teams. Apply defined QA processes to plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate and report results of software testing to ensure a quality product. Work with application, business and technical teams to develop a test plan and overall test strategy. Validate business requirements are fulfilled by the technical design and test scenarios. Perform comprehensive testing to prevent introduction of application defects into Regression, End to End, Client and Production environments. Provide timely feedback on the overall project status. Report, monitor and verify application project defects as necessary.
5% domestic travel for onsite project coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience with Quality Assurance in a large scale environment.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with the following:

  • PBM

  • Waterfall SDLC

  • DB/SQL

  • Root cause analysis

  • Executing test cases required

POSITION SUMMARY: The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the Travel & Expense end-to-end for all operating companies in North America, including corporate card and audit operations. This position will function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advice, guidance, and the rapid response to requests from business users related to the travel policy and expense audits, as well as work with the third-party and internal audit quality teams to evaluate process effectiveness. Additionally, this position will serve as the Nestlé employee point of contact for corporate card administration related to program enrollment and balance monitoring. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide day-to-day direction in setting priorities for internal and external T&E auditors * Analyze escalations from internal Nestlé users, operating partners, and third-party auditors, and provide guidance and resolutions to address policy and exception handling for travel expense issues * Serve as the SME for Nestlé Internal Audit, Customer Service, Concur reporting, T&E training, and internal control initiatives * Participate in continuous improvement activities using Nestlé Continuous Excellence and Lean Office methodology, collaborating with global and third * party teams as necessary * Administer Nestlé employee corporate card enrollment with the 3rd party vendor to ensure that the appropriate authorizations, Terms and Conditions, and 3rd party set-up is performed prior to corporate card issuance * Lead employee corporate card account balance audits and clearing process in conjunction with the NIM operating company Human Resources team * Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal & external business partners to drive efficiencies * Assist with quarterly reporting as necessary * All other duties as assigned SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Minimal SUPERVISION GIVEN: None FINANCIAL/STRATEGIC IMPACT: This position ensures travel-related expenses and payments are accurate and reflect the appropriate financial liability for employee-incurred expenses in accordance with Nestlé policy. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
