The Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance interfaces with multiple organizations, including customer, suppliers, quality, procurement, operations and engineering. The Senior Analyst thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers, Collins and supplier management to establish solutions.

  • Use customer and internal metrics to establish action plans and drive process/product improvements to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate improvement plans and progress to the organization and customers.

  • Support investigations to determine compliance with applicable international standards, customer, contractual, regulatory, and overall quality management system requirements.

  • Participate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to drive resolution of quality issues which may impact product performance and/or delivery results.

  • Collaborate to develop and implement containment, root cause and corrective actions (product and systemic).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR

  • In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality or Operations or Engineering experience

The Senior Manager is a subject expert in industrial welding and joining processes, welding specifications, manufacturing, processing, testing, and inspection with some knowledge of other special processes (heat treatment, brazing, plating, NDT, etc.). Primary Responsibilities: * Maintains manufacturing operation level procedures, inspection techniques, investigations, perform inspections and conduct supplier assessments or audits. * Evaluate quality systems, perform supplier surveillance, write procedures, develop inspection techniques and conduct special process audits related to welding and/or brazing, heat treatment, NDT & chemical processing.
