The TD Securities Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for leading the integration strategy and key objectives of delivering on our integration priorities with FHN and Cowen Inc. The IMO works with business leads and stakeholders centralizing and integrating project delivery management, cost and budget management, stakeholder management, Governance and Control, Operational readiness and Change Management.
As a Project Manager I, you will collaborate and partner with both business and technology stakeholders, and will be responsible for managing the delivery of project(s) and associated change activities related to our integrations with FHN and Cowen Inc.
Responsible for the project plan, risk and issues log, and reporting for assigned workstreams
Able to lead working groups, facilitate meetings, ensure alignment to program goals and identify and mitigate risks as they arise
Collaborates with other Integration Project Managers to closely manage cross-workstream dependencies
Provide business analysis, support definition of strategy, and general change management functions as needed
Ensures stream artifacts are preserved in accordance with program governance standards
Provides workstream reporting: plan, risks, financial
Provide consultation to executives and senior leaders on project risks and mitigation strategies as necessary
May indirectly manage a cross-LoB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources where applicable to the project
Understands the fundamentals of project management, preferably within the context of Capital Markets, in a large, complex organization
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to facilitate effective meetings with working group team members
Ability to develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate delivery risk
Strong working knowledge of project management techniques and tools including Microsoft Project, JIRA and Confluence
Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
Ability to make business decisions based upon sound judgement
