This critical role requires outstanding analytical and reporting skills, communication skills, strategic acumen, the ability to organize and prioritize a high-volume of workload, proven success in a team environment, and grace under pressure. This role will operate in a fast-paced environment on-site, while supporting delivery of numerous activities and projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processing and maintaining RFQs, purchase orders and portal activities for key critical suppliers.

• Meeting and reporting on key supply chain KPI's and initiatives

• Expediting with suppliers on critical production and non-production orders to enable continuous production.

• Attending daily Gemba meetings and providing current communications on shortages

• Assisting with data analytics of weekly metrics, LTA/PA loads and reports as needed

• Determining root cause of material availability hits

• Assisting with current work transfer projects and assist with strategic future work transfer projects as needed

• Any additional reports and meetings as needed for urgent business recovery

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Supply Chain with increasing levels of responsibility, including administrative support. Experience in related activities in aerospace may be an acceptable substitute (e.g Operations Management, Program Management, etc.)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with reporting tools as well, such as Tableau and Business Warehouse

• Experience managing or leading projects and/or programs

• Experience in handling and safeguarding sensitive and confidential information

• Experience in SAP

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
