As a Senior Analyst on our Digital Marketing Team, you will be a key player in leading our paid social strategy and execution for Salesforce. Your core focus will be helping the business scale, create pipeline for our partners in sales, and strengthen the brand through continuous testing, iterating, and optimizing. You will:
Own half of the paid social portfolio and strategy, supporting 4+ business units within Salesforce
Develop and implement strategies to help achieve various business objectives across all of our segments
Mentor/manage junior level team members to grow them into self sufficient and successful contributors
Manage day to day campaign optimization, stakeholder reporting and communication.
Lead creative testing and strategy, working closely with stakeholders and design teams to ensure all our campaigns have the best chance of succeeding.
Manage relationships with key vendors to understand competitor strategies, new testing opportunities, and ensuring our team is staying on the edge of innovation.
3-5 years professional experience in paid social campaign management, online, and/or mobile marketing, preferably in B2B industry
Exceptional communicator with collaborative/team mentality
Strong analytical thinker and driven problem solver
Comfortable with deadlines, deliverables, and juggling multiple projects at once..
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college/university with a relevant degree (business, finance, mathematics) preferred but not required
