The Senior Analyst provides complex and intricate data analysis in support of the human resources management team. This position is responsible for performing core HR analyst responsibilities such as producing monthly turnover and FTE reports, payroll auditing, analyzing monthly expense reports and allocation models, tracking HR metrics, managing the annual HR budget process and various special projects including requests from business unit leaders and analysts throughout the bank.
The ability to exercise independent judgment and provide insight within each area of responsibility is essential. Successful candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects, as well as an expert level of proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis.
This role requires knowledge and understanding of data processing techniques; including the ability to document and follow established procedures, demonstrate extreme attention to detail, critical thinking and analytical skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, or a related Business/Human Resources field with three to five years' of experience working as an analyst.
