We currently have an opportunity onsite for a Senior Analyst, Market Research & Insights to join our Market Research team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct primary and secondary market research and analysis to provide market and competitive insights to the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders within strategic and commercial marketing to support the business in making insights-driven recommendations. Success within this position will be achieved through rigorous application of project-specific methodologies and analysis (including partnership with outside vendors) and development of business understanding to identify strategic insights around key priorities.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute appropriate research and analysis plans based on understanding business objectives and, available data and analytical methods

  • Design and execute market research and insights projects including identification of project objectives, research design, assistance with vendor selection and oversight, data analysis, report development and presentations

  • Manage company processes related to procurement, vendor management, compliance, and pharmacovigilance activities in execution of market research

  • Develop knowledge of key market events, analyzing competitive environment, and changes in consumer trends that are key to informing market research findings

  • Partner with business users to understand their business and related needs and translate data insights into digestible and actionable content to inform strategy and growth

  • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and peers in execution of project objectives

  • Display a positive, solutions-based approach to all projects, and work effectively in teams

Accountability:

  • Provide market and competitive insight to the marketing and commercial organization.

  • Champion primary and / or secondary market research information within the organization.

  • Understand the marketplace and competitor dynamics for the benefit of the marketing and commercial organizations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in primary market research industry either on agency or client side.

  • A Bachelor's degree at minimum, masters preferred

  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies, predictive analytics and excel-based analyses, and project management

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing and changing priorities.

  • Experience in life sciences preferred

  • Comfort working in Excel and PPT; SPSS preferred although not required

  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, as required (10% travel)

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 - $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
