The Sr Analyst, Manufacturing Execution reports to the Group Lead, Mnfr Execution and provides manufacturing performance analysis and drives capacity assessment across North America.
Responsible for planning and assisting in the execution of Manufacturing KPI's routines/rituals, improving the business's performance on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Focus on improvement plan(s) implementation that constantly strives to eliminate waste, improve conformance to plan, reduce conversion costs and to improve efficiency
Coordinate Daily / Weekly / Monthly calls and reporting collect actuals for Manufacturing KPI's. Support extended routine for bad performing site(s)
Support with ZBB Maintenance reporting and ERV/MC analysis
Support with Overtime analysis and action plans
Responsible for Field trip routine action plan execution; factories presentations preparation
Coach business team members in the practical application of KPI's analysis and plans execution
Ownership for simplification of KPI's reporting
Support management in the development, planning and execution of Site's Master plans
Develop and align with Head of Manufacturing / finance KPI's targets
Support to POD leads to review manufacturing performance
Prepare materials for Global operations (functional) review
Share best practices for manufacturing performance improvement (OEE, Unplanned losses, CTP, etc.) across NA factories
Develop training materials and provide training sessions
Communicate with POD leaders, Plant Managers, CI and Engineering Managers, S&OP Planning and Financial analysts to coordinate projects and initiatives.
Record and maintain accurate record of measurable statistics including, but not limited to, budget (spending, operations, research); number of employees supervised directly and indirectly; sales volume; cost of purchases; value of inventories controlled; goods produced.
Accurately estimate time and effort required to plan for activities with organizational skills
Focus on achieving results and setting challenging goals
Process-oriented experience in, or working with process mapping and process analysis
Knowledge in all aspects of analysis, design, planning, testing, documentation and production implementation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Examine information to identify key elements to effectively solve problems
Engage with team members and other members of the organization to achieve goals

Handling multiple projects with tight deadline
