What you will be doing:
As a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you will work with various Derivative Exchanges, Clearing Brokers and FIS teams supporting the front to back trade lifecycle, from post trade execution through to settlement.
You will form partnerships with our client's oversight & control groups, trading desks and client services to ensure our contractual commitments are executed and completed in adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework and Service Level Agreements.
You will be challenged to help continuously improve the day-to-day services provided, the control environment and the overall client experience. We strongly encourage and support a 'we challenge' mindset.
What you will need:
MBA Degree in Finance or equivalent
Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in Futures/Options and OTC Derivatives Clearing/Reconciliation/Lifecycle activities
Good understanding of Clearing and reconciliation tools - Clearvision, FIS CD TC, ETD, Intellimatch, TLM, Back office systems like GMI
Good knowledge of Clearing Houses like LCH, EUREX, ICE Clear, CME, HKEX, SGX etc
Front to back understanding of the Clearing, Recs, Lifecycle functions , upstream dependencies and how these impact processes downstream around static, margin and brokerage, so that complex queries can be addressed accurately and in a timely manner
Detailed understanding of exchange traded derivatives (OTC and Futures/Options)
High attention to detail and quality of outputs delivered.
Manage multiple simultaneous deliveries to tight deadlines.
Analytical and can solve problems quickly and innovatively.
Dynamic outlook, with the ability to adapt and change plans on the fly.
Delivery focused; results driven.
Excellent communication and co ordinations skills.
Strong client service focus.
