about this team
The Fulfillment Planning & Operations team is a collective of passionate, agile, and entrepreneurial team who provide an end-to-end view of lululemon's Supply Chain network. We work closely with a variety of core cross-functional partners as well as our Distribution Centers. You'll be able to quickly leverage the details of our daily operations and translate them into the bigger picture of our Supply Chain operations. Reporting directly to the Manager, Labor Planning and Optimization, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for daily planning and tracking of staff shift plans at our Distribution Centers. You will be responsible to gather core data points, providing insightful analysis, and generating daily and weekly trend reports. In addition, you'll be working on the big picture of Labor Planning across all North America DCs and support the Labor Planning and Optimization team in designing labor optimization projects and related tracking and reporting.
a day in the life
Partner with Distribution Center Managers to identify staffing requirements for facility activities (receiving, picking, packing)
Align business needs (demand) with workforce requirements (supply) for today and tomorrow through flexible staffing plans
Evaluate forecast and live data inputs
Review staffing plans with Managers to identify risks and opportunities
Develop daily and weekly reporting dashboards
Analyze trends in operational metrics and identify root causes, risks, opportunities
Engaging as a strategic labor planning function to implement and track DC optimization projects (project management), and engage in change management
Support DC labor budget tracking
Design Labor model optimization processes
Supporting the development of a Labor Manage
qualifications
3+ years of progressive staffing or operational planning and analysis experience within a fast paced business environments.
Retail / Distribution industry experience an asset
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
A balance of analytical and business thinking, enabled by numbers driven analysis
Strong communication skills to communicate to senior leadership, and clearly communicate findings
Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Power BI is an asset
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner
Ability to work with a large amount of detail without losing sight of the big picture

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,100 - $106,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
