Key Responsibilities:
Our Digital Operations Center is constantly working to enhance the experience of our customers across our Digital Channels, based on data-driven analytics and timely and accurate reports. In order to do so, we rely on a great team of highly skilled Analysts that work hand-in-hand with business units across the organization in a fast-paced environment to provide them with actionable business intelligence to be used in making our Digital Channel offerings even more robust and reliable.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
Support resolution efforts during system outages and participate in root-cause analysis workshops
Analyze user experience data to improve the reliability of our digital channels
Produce dashboards for technical teams to monitor success and error rates across multiple customer-facing applications
Provide ad-hoc analysis to different business units across the organization to support decision making on improvements to our customer's digital experience
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on system performance and user engagement

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required
Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with United's policies is required
Hybrid attendance is required at the Chicago Willis Tower location
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
2+ years of digital channel experience (Business or IT)
2+ years utilizing digital analytics tools
2+ years of experience in roles related to software reliability
2+ years of experience in advanced research in a quantitative and analytical field
Strong data analysis, manipulation, and problem solving skills
Intermediate to advance SQL skills working with Enterprise Data Warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)
Strong understanding of the HTTP stack and lifecycle
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA preferred
Experience working with Quantum Metric and Dynatrace a plus
Experience with building reports/dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
