about this team

The Senior Analyst, Global Fulfillment Strategy is a critical position that will shape Global Fulfillment's network design, strategic decision making, and operational performance improvements. The Senior Analyst will drive long-range fulfillment planning and progression, including investment road mapping, business case development and driving the annual operating planning process (AOP). The role requires a strong understanding of operational systems and processes across the fulfillment network to drive impactful analyses and recommendations.

a day in the life:

  • Drive build out of long-range global fulfillment strategy and corresponding 5-year investment roadmap on annual basis

  • Drive progression of fulfillment strategy, including supply chain design / network study assessments

  • Build executive level deliverables for fulfillment strategy

  • Build business cases, including cost / benefit analysis, for strategic initiatives and special projects

  • Guide Global Fulfillment functions through AOP process for Strategic Initiatives

  • Research, measure and analyze process improvement opportunities across the global network

qualifications:

  • Strong analytic skills with ability to conduct complex network modeling and financial analysis

  • Strong project management skills - ability to balance multiple projects at one time

  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets

  • Ability to plan, budget and manage project execution

  • Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience

  • Experience with SQL and database reporting a plus

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$129,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
