Senior Analyst, Fp&A

The Senior Analyst role to the Director, FP&A and will require a weekly in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you'll do as the Senior Analyst:

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working with department heads and senior leadership to develop and track comprehensive budgets

• Maintain detailed financial models and forecasts while proactively identifying, recommending and driving improvements to support short-term and long-term strategic planning

• Review month end close, prepare and analyze monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements to produce monthly financial reviews

• Analyze and interpret actual financial performance versus plan to implement continuous improvement to forecasting methodologies

• Develop KPIs to positively impact business performance and track growth initiatives

• Facilitate improved reporting and communication of goals/performance throughout the organization

• Evaluate current processes and tools to drive efficiencies and value-added enhancements

Who you are:

• 3+ years of professional experience within Finance/Accounting field

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field

• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills required

• Experience with financial systems (SAP, D365) planning tools (Hyperion, Planful) and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau)

• Deep understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals of financial statement analysis

• Interested in continuously learning and taking on new and varied responsibilities

• Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Passionate about transforming travel (but that's a given!)

Compensation Package:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity and various social and professional investment opportunities at Away. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.

• Salary Range: $98,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually

• This role is eligible to participate in Away's Annual Company Performance Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined on an annual basis at the discretion of the company

• Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company
