To support its global operations, Mapletree has established an extensive network of offices in these countries. The Role Mapletree is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst to support its New York Logistics Development team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the team in performing financial analysis for prospective and existing development projects, market research, investment memos, presentation decks, due diligence as well as handling various special projects.

Job Responsibilities Create and perform advanced modeling utilizing both Microsoft Excel and Argus to evaluate prospective and existing development opportunities. Prepare thorough investment memos and presentation materials for senior management to support investment decisions. Conduct comprehensive market research on supply/demand fundamentals, economic trends, comparable sales, and lease transactions…etc to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential development opportunities in the real estate market.

Maintain and update deal pipeline database. Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of development projects Other special projects as needed. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

Coursework in Finance, Economics, and (Real Estate preferred) or its equivalent. At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate (industrial preferred) with financial analysis and modeling training in a real estate development, acquisitions / Investment management, capital markets or investment banking environment. Excellent real estate financial modeling skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Argus Basic understanding of real estate, acquisitions, development and lease structures Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize Strong problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
