About the Role: Youll join our Customer Analytics team reporting to our Senior Manager of Business Analytics and play a pivotal role in transforming our business and products.

In this role, you will help establish and build out frameworks and analyses to better understand how our customers use NextRoll products, develop and implement data projects across a wide range of business activities, and measure product adoption and usage.Our work environment is one where ambition thrives and so will you. That's okay, we're committed to helping all of our employees learn and grow.The impact youll make: Design, implement, and maintain the data structures and related queries that support customer and product metrics. Build dashboards and metrics that provide product and business teams with regular, actionable reporting and insights into key drivers of the business.

Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to analyze product and feature adoption, performance, and engagement. Help transform our business into a customer-centric, product-first company, with high transparency to our Executive Leadership.Skills youll bring: 5+ years meaningful experience crafting and implementing data-based solutions to solve business problems. Demonstrated experience using SQL for data analysis to solve complex problems in the business.

Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau preferred). Direct experience building and implementing frameworks for measuring customer behavior. Experience leveraging A/B testing and experimental design for product & engineering. Understanding of how statistical models can be applied to business use-cases.Benefits and perks:
