Senior Analyst, CRM and Retention Marketing

Taking an innovative role in a nimble team, you will make the customer lifecycle relevant, engaging and drive incremental sales for these customers. You'll:
Improve customer return rates and repeat purchase rates for existing customers
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Assist on eCRM calendars and ensure it ties in with marketing activity
Build external relationships with designers and 3rd party service agencies
While this role is in NJ, we have shuttle access from NYC and accessibility to and from the location. We believe in autonomy and the ability to work remotely when needed and encourage people to feel comfortable both during and outside of work.
You'll succeed because
you have 5+ years of CRM experience. You'll:
Be Passionate about consumer acquisition and customer conversion
Have a lot of creative ideas to bring to the table with strategic plans on execution
Use data to always measure performance and finding ways to improve
Be good at planning and prioritizing multiple projects at once
Be willing to experiment and learn fast
Thrive in a start-up environment - even one that is more than 120 years old
Preferably have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, SalesForce, Marketing Cloud, BounceX or Glew
