Aon is looking for a Senior Analyst, Controllership Strategic Initiatives
The Controllership Strategic Initiatives Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting in the execution of key global accounting and finance initiatives as determined by the Controllership Organization, including cost-savings and compliance projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive continuous innovation and process improvements by developing and monitoring project plans, budgets, and expenditures.
Partner with internal stakeholders (including Controllership, FP&A, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations) to develop and implement processes and solutions.
Play a key role in changes to business processes, technology, job roles and organization structure.
Assist in global trainings, workshops, and presentations.
Assist with ensuring compliance of global accounting policies under US GAAP and IFRS.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to listen, consider alternative views, and solve complex problems
Strong research skills in both accounting and finance related topics
Strong project management skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Ability to work, take ownership, and succeed in a rapidly changing environment
