Senior Analyst, Continuous Process Improvement

Summary

Looking for a strong Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with the ability to ID pain points within manufacturing processes and be a true Chief Problem Finder. You will be responsible for leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives across various departments. This includes conducting root cause analysis, developing and implementing solutions, and measuring the impact of these changes on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and cost savings. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, standardize best practices, and implement lean manufacturing principles.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and team members, contribute to strategic planning for long-term improvement goals

• Contribute to strategic planning for long-term improvement goals, and communicate progress and results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies in a modern manufacturing environment.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.

• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance metrics.

• Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to mentor and train junior analysts and team members on continuous improvement principles.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry best practices.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement process improvements that align with organizational goals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent real world experience.
