As part of the Compliance division of Macquarie's Risk Management Group, the Conduct Risk team supports our businesses to manage Conduct Risk, delivering fair outcomes for clients, communities, the markets in which we operate and throughout Macquarie Group Limited.

What role will you play?

As a Conduct Risk Analyst, you will support the Macquarie-wide Conduct Risk Program.  The Program is responsible for developing and embedding a framework to support the identification and management of Conduct Risks.

  • Knowledge of risk management, including risks, issues, incidents and controls

  • Experience analysing and drawing insights from data

  • Ability to multi-task, be self-directed and prioritize work to deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality of work.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
