We're looking for someone who is highly skilled from both an analytical and business standpoint. The person will be responsible for strategic analysis and performance management, and will be expected to provide thought leadership to the Homes business. This role will have a high degree of visibility to senior management across product, data science and finance.
Role & Responsibilities
Drive in-depth strategic and operational analyses for the Homes leadership team. Provide key business insights to uncover additional growth levers.
Partner with product and marketing teams to evaluate and size new opportunities.
Have a seat within the Homes Science and Analytics team (Cross functional team with Data Science and User Research). Drive strategic analysis such as Geo prioritization, balancing demand and supply, and competitive analysis.
Deliver meaningful business insights to Homes leadership on a regular basis.
Analyze key drivers to business performance and identify potential action items.
Define new metrics and build dashboards to provide better visibility into performance.
2+ years of industry analytical experience at an investment bank or management consulting firm and/or Biz Ops / Data Science team. MBA is a plus.
Ability to think and execute at multiple altitudes: from strategy and vision to execution.
Strong communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex financial analyses to executives / senior management clearly and concisely.
Experience with SQL.
Experience with dashboard design and data viz tools.
Experience with Python and R a plus.
Experience with building data pipelines is a plus.
