As a Sr Analyst

• Business Support for Fraud Operations, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding organizations against fraudulent activities. You will be responsible for distinguishing and troubleshooting problems, recording issues, and creating detailed reports to help identify fraudulent behaviors.

You'll make an impact by…

• Identifying and investigating any fraudulent behaviors of delivery drivers.

• Performing data analytics using company systems and tools to identify potential fraud, waste, and abuse.

• Collaborating with security departments and officials to analyze scenarios and suspected fraud.

• Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of available data and alerting processes.

• Working in a space that requires a deep dive of Graph analytics and/or Graph algorithms.

• Distilling complex topics into high-level talking points to present to leadership.

• Identifying new fraud trends through in-depth investigation.

• Working with fraud investigation and operationalizing those processes.

You'll sweep us off our feet if…

• You have 1-2 years of experience working in fraud operations.

• You have worked on an identity team or related fraud team in an operations role.

• You have experience working with legal or compliance teams and product and engineering teams.

• You are proficient in MS Excel.

• You have experience with fraud policy creation.

• You have worked with facial recognition and/or bio data.

• You have worked within a gig platform or tech company (e.g. Door Dash, Instacart, Uber, etc.).

• You are self-motivated and driven.

• You can work through ambiguity using critical thinking and organizational skills.

• You have experience using Tableau.

• You have owned and driven KPIs to track program success.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, E-Commerce, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,480.00-$124,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Stock equity incentives
