What you'll be doing...
This role will be responsible for supporting the Wireline Concession Program. Our team is responsible for managing over seventy thousand wireline devices.
Support includes: customer service, governance and reporting, policy compliance, general ledger accounting, monthly audits, and driving key team initiatives to automate processes using digital finance tools including robotic process automation. The Senior Analyst will spend up to 50% of their time engaging in customer service activities and the remaining time will be spent on key initiatives and special projects. Customer service includes working the concession email inbox and receiving and responding to messages from our customers, all of which are Verizon Employees.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS or other business related field.
Customer service experience.
Financial audit and analysis experiece.
