Conde Nast is looking for a Senior Analyst, Audience & Partnerships who will provide in-depth analyses and reporting to key stakeholders across Business Development, Editorial, Audience Development, and more to help achieve revenue and traffic goals. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for cross brand analyses and evangelizing the use of data to drive insight-based business decisions.
The ideal candidate will be highly quantitative, nimble and creative and able to think critically and incorporate data and testing into the decision-making process. Expertise with digital analytics tools is a must but we are also looking for people who are curious, motivated and entrepreneurial.
Develop and manage reports, analyses, dashboards, and presentations associated with all active partnerships
Analyze large data sets to identify trends across the Conde Nast network, especially as it relates to Tentpole and large event recaps
Coordinate with Global Market teams to build cross territory views that are consistent, accurate and timely
Collaborate with our Audience Development and Partnerships teams to define and prioritize initiatives that will expand audience across our distribution partnerships
Support on-going ad hoc strategic projects with multiple business units including Video
3+ years of digital experience with a focus on data - data driven thinking, excellent quantitative skills
Hands-on experience with reporting and analysis using major web analytics tool such as Google Analytics
Fluency with Microsoft Excel
Experience using SQL-based exploratory analytics tools; familiarity with Python and R is a plus
Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and with a proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
