WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will, as the Senior Analyst, Anaplan Product Management, work with stakeholders across our Finance, HR and Technology organizations. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving user inquiries as well as performing routine model updates. This role will gather overall product insights by conducting user feedback sessions or through periodic surveys. Finally, the Senior Analyst will scope and drive enhancement requests, ensuring stakeholder needs are fulfilled.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Maintenance & Analytics (60%)

• You will support multiple Anaplan products (Workforce Planning & Revenue Transfers) by answering questions and troubleshooting issues, attempting to find the root cause and escalating when required

• You will independently make complex manual updates or Anaplan model updates based on incoming requests as well as utilizing personal judgement to optimize products

• You will run periodic user surveys to track satisfaction as well as areas for improvement

• You will work with end users/global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions

• You will test routine updates and enhancements to ensure necessary functionality continues to work and are user friendly

Manage enhancement requests (30%)

• You will elicit requirements on small - medium sized requests, working with users to -determine underlying request and potential solutions

• You will transform these requests into actionable work with user stories, process flow diagrams, and other supporting materials

• You will work with appropriate technical teams and third parties to complete these items, continuously communicating with key stakeholders

Develop domain knowledge (10%)

• You will utilize domain knowledge and comprehensive system understanding to act more independently

ABOUT YOU

Associate's/Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience and 3 to 5 years professional experience with at least 2 years experience in a systems related role as an Analyst or product owner for Anaplan. Experience working with Finance teams is highly preferred.

• Anaplan Model Builder Level 1 (required) and Level 2 (desired)

• Practical experience in gathering and interpreting user needs, and defining, documenting and validating requirements required.

• Quickly grasps new requirements, technologies, tools and concepts and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.

• Ability to problem solve and take initiative on multi-faceted projects/responsibilities is required.

• Proficient with agile methodologies

• Defining, documenting and validating requirements including ability to slice bigger items into smaller, more bite sized pieces.

• Strong thought partner, successful in collaborating with peers to come up with the best answer.
