Senior Analyst, AI Enablement

As a Senior Analyst, AI Enablement, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Orchestration team reporting to Manager, AI Enablement & Measurement, you will work on projects including playing a critical role in content innovation, leveraging generative AI and machine translation (MT) to improve market speed, unlock content personalization, support Taxonomy and quality control, and create efficiencies and improvements in the content lifecycle. We are looking for someone with an understanding of copywriting, proficiency in working with MT, a content ecosystem that supports global customers with regional nuances.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Support the AI Enablement & Measurement manager and team in leveraging AI to streamline content creation and adaptation.

• Help incorporate AI into the Hilton content lifecycle, to include generative AI and machine translation.

• Contribute to internal and external-facing documentation to support team members' awareness of services, capabilities, and best practices.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Collaborate with teams to establish AI standards and governance.

• Contribute to trainings for peers and enterprise team members.

• Advocate for our content ecosystem. Work with taxonomists and content curators to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance.

• Support manager with risk management related to AI enablement and mitigation strategies.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of experience in web content publishing, proofreading, writing, and/or editing.

• Experience in the Localization and Translation industry.

• Travel up to 5%.

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience with prompt engineering.

• Experience with Machine Translation optimization and managing content in language.

• Prior experience with change communication.

• Proficiency in a foreign language Spanish, German, French, or Turkish, can identify machine translation pitfalls, and experienced in implementing corrective measures.
