Mandatory qualifications, skills and experience:

1.Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

2.A minimum of six (6) years of experience in creating and implementing an agile culture utilizing agile methodologies and frameworks.
3.At least six (6) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience working on an Agile Software Development project(s) within the last ten (10) years, in the role of software developer, scrum master, project manager, Agile coach and/or Agile trainer.
4.At least three (3) years of Agile coaching FTE experience within the last five (5) years.
5.At least three (3) years of FTE experience developing or implementing using either scrum or a scaled Agile framework (e.g. DAD, LeSS, SAFe, etc.).
6.At least two (2) years of FTE experience within the last five (5) years using estimating models (e.g., Fibonacci estimating, scrum poker, status, etc.) for large or complex Agile development projects.
7.Shall have an Agile Coaching certification from an industry recognized Agile Coaching Certification Programs such as:

a.Scrum Alliance: Certified Agile Coach (SCAC)
b.Scrum Alliance: Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
c.Other Agile Coach Certificates will be considered
d.International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) Certified Professional: Agile Coaching
e.SCRUMstudy: Certified Agile Coach (SCAC) or
f.Scrum Alliance: Certified Team Coach (CTC)
AND at least one (1) of the following certifications:
a.Certified Scrum Trainer (CST)
b.Certified Agile Leadership 1
c.Certified Scrum Developer Track
d.PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
e.SCRUMstudy Scrum Master Certified (SMC)
f.SCRUMstudy Agile Master (SAMC)
g.SCRUMstudy Certified Trainer (SCT)
h.Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC)
i.Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) Other Agile and/or Scrum Certificates will be considered

Position Summary The Los Rios Community College District is seeking a pool of qualified applicants for possible temporary part-time faculty teaching assignments. These positions are filled on an as needed basis and are on-going recruitment efforts. Adjunct pools are open continuously and applicants are contacted/hired year round for assignments based on college needs. Teaching assignments may include day, evening, on-line, hybrid, weekend, and/or off campus classes. Assignment Responsibilities General Responsibilities: The adjunct faculty member shall be responsible for the following: teaching assigned classes under the supervision of the area dean; helping students fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course content; assessing student learning outcomes; maintaining a thorough and up-to-date knowledge in his/her regular teaching field; continuing professional development; utilizing current technology in the performance of job duties; maintaining standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional position; assisting with articulation and curriculum development and review; serving on college committees and participating in faculty governance including accreditation and student co-curricular activities; assuming other responsibilities as assigned by the area dean; fulfilling other duties and responsibilities of an adjunct faculty member as outlined in the college faculty handbook. Responsibilities included, but not limited to: * Planning and executing practice, recruiting, training, and supervising student-athletes. * Scheduling athletic contests and arranging transportation. * Preparing budgets; maintaining athletic equipment, supplies and facilities. * Enforcing district, college, and COA/CCCAA rules and student requirements. * Coaching assignments may include day, evening, and weekend classes, on and off campus responsibilities.
