We are seeking a Senior Advisory Representative in our Asia Client Services department.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Producer and Client Advisor to provide the best service to our clients.

  • Provides day-to-day service to clients to ensure that their needs are appropriately met.

  • Assists in the creation of presentations and program submissions, including coverage specifications, in collaboration with Advisory colleagues.

  • Assists in preparing proposal components including the analysis of: pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, financing, commentary and recommendations.

  • Collects exposure information and underlying coverage.

  • Monitors the renewal to ensure things are progressing according to schedule.

  • Requests follow-up for changes from underwriters to ensure coverage is correct.

  • Maintains ongoing relationship with clients and team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist team.

  • Attends internal strategy meetings to gain a deeper understanding of the work the Company does and better assist Team.

  • Implements and maintains regular open items reports.

  • Completes policy review and request changes from underwriters.

  • Manage the invoicing process.

  • Understands and complies with compliance and transparency standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent

  • Holds a valid Broker's license and other non-resident licenses, where appropriate.

  • Client facing professional experience in business administration or finance is desired

  • A minimum of 2 years Insurance industry knowledge

  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Must be organized and able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
