The Senior Advisor is a key contributor within Store Operations dedicated to identifying, piloting, and scaling numerous new health services from the ground up across CVS' network of retail stores.
This position will have ownership of dedicated work streams delivering an exciting new health services offering to CVS retail stores while expanding patients' access to healthcare. As the store operations subject matter expert on a cross-functional team focused on driving innovation and growth in the front store business, you will be responsible for the delivery of the operational plan. This includes, but is not limited to, establishing standard operating procedures, workflow for compliance, safety protocols, day to day support for store teams, and process improvement to ensure successful pilot expansion of select health service offerings in 2018 and scale up in 2019 and beyond.
In this role you will:
Develop standard operating procedures that enable efficiency and compliance of operations and enable replication and scale of the operating model.
Coordinate program communication with the field and store teams on standards, training, compliance, new offerings, etc., for day to day operations.
Triage store inquiries and requests through partnerships with functional experts for timely resolution and where appropriate elevate for process improvement.
Identify, test, and refine operational workflow with cross functional partnerships across the organization (I.e., Health Services, Loss Prevention, Compliance, Legal, HR) for business growth.
Ability to transform qualitative feedback into actionable insights to deliver a better service through process improvements.
Creative problem solver with demonstrated results who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans, be comfortable with changing priorities, and act decisively and independently.
Strong PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinker and doer with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines; high level of independent judgment and proactivity required.
High-energy individual who can easily function in a high-demand, performance-driven environment.
Ability to communicate effectively to all audiences in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent, both verbally and on paper.
Experience with piloting and scaling new services and/or products.
